Shipping and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering consumables like Car Accessories within 2 to 3 business days of the order being confirmed. For consumables that are outside these cities orders will be dispatched through our delivery partners and should reach you in 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.For other products deliveries should reach you in 3 to 7 working days.

For Non Metros :

All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

Note :

The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description. If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping policy please do not hesitate to all our customer care numbers.

Please note our shipping policy as follows: 

1) We currently deliver to across the India.

2) Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different   addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

3) We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

4) Certain ODA locations which are difficult to reach, the delivery time is 7 days. Please contact our call center for details.

5) We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

6) To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

7) While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

8) If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 1800 102 7414 or mail us at info@rogermotors.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

9) You may track shipping status of your orders on our website by calling us on 1800 102 7414

10) For our valuable customers in the list of states below you are required to submit a form which is mandatory according to the state government rules for any shipments coming in from other states. Our customer service personnel will get in touch with you regarding this.

11) Any product purchased from www.rogermotors.com can be returned or replaced any time within 21 days from the date of purchase.

On receiving your return request, we will initiate the return procedure and arrange the pickup of product.

 

Please follow the instructions below to send us back the item:

1.Pack the parcel in the original box in proper condition

2.Take print of form no 403 duly filled and had over to deliver partner at the time he comes to receive the parcel.

Please note that you don’t have to pay for the pickup.

Once we have received the package, we will send the replacement product or initiate the refund as requested.

12) In case the product is received in defective condition, the replacement will be processed immediately after contacting our CRM Department subject to availability of product in stock.

13) In case of returning or replacing product, below mentioned return procedure has to be followed.

1.Pack the parcel in the original box in proper condition

2.Take print of form no 403 duly filled and had over to deliver partner at the time he comes to receive the parcel.

Shipping Charges :

There are no shipping charges for any product purchase from Rogermotors.com across India.It is an introductory offer for all customers.
